To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience at Global Gate Ha Long ESG++ Marathon 2026, the Organizing Committee would like to announce the Race Kit collection hours and share some important information for athletes ahead of Race Day.
Race Kit Collection Time and Location
The Race Kit collection area for Global Gate Ha Long ESG++ Marathon 2026 will be located directly at the event venue and will operate during the following hours:
- Time: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, October 10, 2026.
- Location: Event venue.
- Athletes are required to bring their QR code and all necessary identification/documents to collect their Race Kit.
- Please carefully check your BIB information and all items included in your Race Kit at the collection counter.
- Follow the Organizing Committee’s instructions to help minimize congestion and ensure a smooth Race Kit collection process.

Lost & Found Area for Athletes
The Lost & Found area will be located at the BIB collection area throughout the two event days to assist athletes with lost belongings.
The Organizing Committee encourages all athletes to prepare their QR code and required documents in advance and plan an appropriate time to collect their Race Kit. Preparing early will help ensure a smoother and more enjoyable Race Day experience at Global Gate Ha Long ESG++ Marathon 2026.
