To help runners focus on conquering the course with peace of mind, the Organizing Committee of Global Gate Ha Long ESG++ Marathon 2026 will provide a baggage storage area at the event venue to support athletes throughout the event.
Baggage Storage Hours and Location
Operating hours: 3:30 AM – 9:00 AM.
Location: BIB and Race Kit collection area.
Runners are encouraged to arrange their baggage drop-off before their start time to ensure a smoother journey to the race area.
Important Notes for Baggage Storage
To ensure a fast and convenient baggage drop-off and collection process, athletes should take note of the following:
- Drop off your belongings according to your BIB number to make collection easier after completing your race.
- The Organizing Committee will only accept items that have been properly packed in a bag.
- The Organizing Committee will not accept loose items or high-value belongings such as mobile phones, cash, jewelry, or other valuables.
Lost & Found Area
The Lost & Found area will be located at the BIB collection area throughout the two event days to assist athletes in case of lost belongings.
Runners are encouraged to prepare and organize their belongings in advance for a smoother, more convenient, and enjoyable Race Day at Global Gate Ha Long ESG++ Marathon 2026.
