To ensure a fast and convenient BIB and Race Kit collection process at Global Gate Ha Long ESG++ Marathon 2026, the Organizing Committee asks all athletes to follow the steps below.
Race Kit Collection Hours
Time: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, October 10, 2026.
Athletes are encouraged to plan an appropriate time to collect their Race Kits in order to avoid congestion and allow sufficient time to check all information before Race Day.
Required Before Race Kit Collection
Before arriving at the Race Kit collection area, athletes must:
- Sign the e-waiver to receive a QR Code.
The QR Code is required for the verification process at the Race Kit collection area.
Race Kit Collection Process
Athletes are requested to complete the following steps in order:
Step 1: Present and scan your QR Code.
Step 2: Present your Citizen ID Card/VNeID/Passport.
Step 3: Check and confirm your personal information.
Step 4: Proceed to the correct counter as directed by the Organizing Committee.
Step 5: Collect your Race Kit at the designated counter.
Step 6: Have your BIB checked at the Timing Desk.
Important Notes for BIB and Race Kit Collection
To ensure a smooth Race Kit collection process, athletes should:
- Have your QR Code ready before reaching the counter to help avoid congestion.
- Carefully check your personal information, BIB, and Race Kit before leaving the collection area.
- Follow all instructions and crowd-flow directions provided by the Organizing Committee throughout the Race Kit collection process.
