To be eligible to collect your Race Kit and participate in the race, please check your email and complete the liability waiver confirmation before Race Day.

If you have not received the email from the Organizing Committee, please check the following:

- Check your Spam/Junk folder to ensure that you have not missed the confirmation email.
What Should You Do If You Still Haven’t Received the Email?
If you have checked the above and still have not received the liability waiver confirmation email, please send a message to or leave a comment on the event’s Fanpage so that the Organizing Committee can check and provide timely assistance.
Athletes are encouraged to complete the confirmation before Race Day to ensure a smooth Race Kit collection and participation process at Global Gate Ha Long ESG++ Marathon 2026.
